Petitioner is assailing order dated 16.05.2024 passed by the respondent No. 4/Tahsildar, Palam scheduling an auction for Eksala Lavani on 28.05.2024. It is the grievance of the petitioner that impugned order is against the principles of natural justice. 2.

Prima facie, petitioner appears to be in long standing possession. He should have been heard by the respondent authorities before passing impugned order.

Issue notice to respondents. Learned A. G. P. waives notice for all respondents and seeks time. Stand over to 28.06.2024. 4.

In the mean while there shall be ad-interim relief in terms
