Learned counsels for the parties on instructions of the parties who are present in the Court submit that the parties are agreeable to explore the possibility of an amicable settlement. They submit that the parties be referred for mediation. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that Ms. Swati Chavan, former Judge of the Family Court, has agreed to mediate. Hence, Ms. Swati Chavan, Former Judge of the Family Court, is appointed as Mediator. 2.

Learned advocate for the respondent shall intimate this order to the learned Mediator and submit the necessary papers. Learned Page no. 1 of 2

9-wp-5151-2024.doc advocate for the respondent shall also intimate this order to the Main Mediation Centre, High Court, Mumbai.

Mediation charges if any, shall be borne by the respondent. Learned Mediator is at liberty to issue necessary directions regarding payment of Mediation charges, if any. 4.

Since the parties have agreed to go for mediation, for an over all settlement, it is advisable that the pending matters may not be precipitated during the pendency of mediation. Hence, the parties agreed that they will seek necessary adjournment in the pending proceedings for sometime to enable the parties to attend the mediation proceedings.

Stand over to 28th August 2024, under the caption for 'settlement'.
