By the impugned order, respondent No.1 has allowed revision application of a person running fair price shop whose license cancelled by two authorities below on the ground of misappropriation. Respondent No.1 based on lapse of respondent No.5 on failure to produce relevant document has granted him benefit and has imposed fine of Rs.5,000/-.

Hence, issue notice to respondent No.5, returnable on 18 June 2024.

Until further orders, there shall be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (b).
