PATIL, JJ DATE : 26th AUGUST, 2024 P.C. :- The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks time to file a rejoinder in view of the affidavit filed by the respondent no.6. He submits that the petitioners are willing to deposit amount of Rs.2,16,00,000/- without prejudice to their rights and contentions. He further submits that the actual amount due can be adjudicated by the District Special Auditor.

Time of two weeks is granted to the learned counsel for the petitioners to deposit amount of Rs.2,16,00,000/- with the respondent no.6 without prejudice to its rights and contentions. 3.

The petitioners to serve the respondent no.5 by the returnable date by adopting all permissible modes of service. 4.

Affidavit in rejoinder be also filed within the aforesaid date. 5.
