This grievance ought to have been made by the Respondent/Management because it is for the purpose of grant that the name is entered in the Shalarth ID. The Petitioner will give notice to Respondent Nos. 3 and 4.

We make it clear that since Respondent No.4 has not made this grievance before us, as a primary employer, Respondent No.4 is liable to pay the salary to the Petitioner as per Schedule-C of the Maharashtra Employees of Private Schools (Conditions of Service) Rules, 1981.
