One of the important issue involved in the writ petitions is claim of the petitioners seeking parking space in a cooperative housing society.

According to the society, as per sanctioned plan approximately 140 parking spaces are provided. As per model standing bye-laws, each member is entitled to the parking space; however, the right is regulated by the parking shown in the sanctioned plan. Therefore, learned advocate for the society seeks
time to prepare a chart to show the date of sale deeds of all members and date of allotment of parking in their favour. 3.
To enable learned advocate for the society to file such affidavit, stand over to 30 April 2024.
