At the request of the learned counsel for the parties, leave is granted to amend the cause title and indicate the petitioner's correct name. Amendment to be carried out forthwith. Reverification is dispensed with. 3.

Dr. Kantawalla, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly points out that this petition was instituted, inter alia, to direct the respondents to assess the bill of entries and release the goods from the bonded warehouse. In the alternate, the petitioner has also sought for transfer of the goods from Panvel region to bonded

Dr. Kantawalla pointed out that during the pendency of this petition, petitioner have been served with a show cause notice dated 15 July 2024. Therefore, for the present, the petitioner would be satisfied with this show cause notice if it is disposed of expeditiously by keeping open all the contentions that the petitioner have raised in this petition.

Dr. Kantawalla states that the petitioner will file response to the show cause notice dated 15 July 2024 within a week from today. Mr. Mishra, learned counsel for the respondents states that within three weeks of receipt of the petitioner's response, the show cause notice would be disposed of by following the law and after giving the petitioner an opportunity of being heard. 6.

The above statements made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondents are accepted. Needless to add that the show cause notice would be disposed of by making a speaking order.

We clarify that all the contentions of all the parties are left open, including in particular the contentions raised in this petition and the events that transpired during the pendency of this petition. 8.

The petition is disposed of in the above terms for any order as to costs.

All the concerned to act on an authenticated copy of this order.
