The impugned orders dated 17.02.2024 passed in Chamber Summons No.620 of 2014 and Chamber Summons No.618 of 2014 stands quashed and set aside. Chamber Summons No.620 of 2014 and Chamber Summons No.618 of 2014 stand allowed and are made absolute. The landlord is permitted to be impleaded as Defendant No.2 in the suit proceedings. 4.
