By virtue of the order passed on 22.04.2024, this Court is now seized with hearing of the present Writ Petition. By the said order, learned Trial Court was also directed to defer the hearing until determination of the present Writ Petition. However due to paucity of time, this Petition could not be heard yet. In view thereof, it is clarified that learned Trial Court shall defer the hearing before it until the present Writ Petition is heard and finally determined. 5.

Praecipe is disposed.
