The matter is taken on board by way of praecipe moved by the Petitioner.

Heard learned Advocate Shri.Tripathi. He invited my attention to the following orders:- (i) Order dated 22nd April 2024.

(ii) Order dated 19th June 2024.

Above orders are passed in the Writ Petitions. (iii) Order dated 27th September 2024 passed in Appeal from Order extending the time limit for disposal of the Suit. Satish Sangar 1/2

(v) Lastly, he invited my attention to the order on roznama passed by the trial Court dated 11th November 2024. 3.

Now, the Suit is fixed before the trial Court on 18th November 2024 for passing "No cross" order.

It is true that this Court as per the order dated 19th June 2024, has stayed the hearing of the Suit till disposal of Writ Petition. In view of that, let the trial Court not to pass any adverse order till next date of listing of this Writ Petition.

Stand over to 4th December 2024. To be listed "First on Board". 6.

The Petitioner to file Affidavit of private service. Even, the Respondents who are the Defendants before the trial Court are at liberty to appear on their own.
