Petitioners are challenging order of termination dated 27.05.2024. They were working as a special teacher and thereafter absorbed as a regular teacher for more than nine years. 2.

It is the contention of the petitioners that they apprehended coercive action. Against show cause notices, Writ

Petition No. 1612 of 2024 and Writ Petition No. 1694 of 2024 were filed. Their services are protected by order dated 09.02.2024. 3.

Learned counsel places on record order dated 09.02.2024. It reveals that Division Bench directed the parties to maintain status quo. Despite the protection, they are terminated by the impugned orders. It is being informed by learned counsel for the petitioners that though impugned order was passed on 27.05.2024, there is no actual implementation of the orders and petitioners have not been relieved. In such a situation, I propose to grant stay to the impugned order.

Issue notice for final disposal, returnable on 13.06.2024. Learned AGP waives service for respondent nos. 1 to 4 in Writ Petition No. 5259 of 2024 and for respondent nos. 1 to 5 in Writ Petition Stamp No. 14727 of 2024.

There shall be ad-interim stay to operation/execution of impugned order dated 27.05.2022, issued by Chief Officer, Zilla Parishad, Jalgaon.
