Learned counsel for respondent no. 3 is granted liberty to file affidavit in reply during the course of the day. 2.

In this writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the process of e-tender dated 23rd February 2024 issued by Satara Municipal Council for providing development of various green spaces, solar charging stations and rain water harvesting, perculati on rejuvenation plantation and plumbing at various places in Satara city for a period of 300 days excluding monsoon period.

Admittedly, during the pendency of the writ petition, work order dated 14th March 2024 was issued by respondent no. 2 in favour of respondent no. 3. It is not in dispute that the period of contract shall be over on 20th February 2025. 4.

On account of efflux of time, it is not possible for us to grant any effective relief to the petitioner at this point of time. The writ petition is, therefore, disposed of. (BHARATI DANGRE, J.) (CHIEF JUSTICE)
