Ms.Poonam Bodke Patil, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner through V.C., has confirmed that she has received copy of order dated 31st October 2025 issued by the Collector at Raigad allotting alternative land to the Petitioner in terms of the order dated 21st February 2025 passed by the Court. Learned counsel for the Petitioner, however, has submitted that the alternate land is not suitable and therefore, cannot be treated to be allotted in compliance of the order dated 21st February 2025 passed by this Court. The said submission of learned counsel has been strongly opposed by the learned Addl.G.P.

Be that as it may, since the Petitioner is practically assailing the order dated 31st October 2025, the said issue can be considered only if a formal proceeding, to that effect is instituted. Therefore, by granting liberty to the Petitioner to assail the order dated 31st October 2025, if so advised, the proceeding stands closed. 3.
