Respondent No.4, Management, has not been served since this Court has not issued notice, though, the Petitioners were called upon to serve the said Management. Service affidavit has not been filed.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits that since the State has filed an affidavit-in-reply, dated 29th November, 2024, through Dr. Bhausaheb Bhikanrao Chavan, Deputy Director of Education, Nashik, this Petition may be disposed off. We are of the view that the Management needs to be heard.

In view of the above, issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 25th March, 2025. The learned AGP waives service of notice on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 to 3, State. 4.

Let the affidavits-in-reply be filed, at least, ten days prior to the returnable date.
