Heard. Delay of 25 days is caused in seeking restoration of the Petition which was dismissed for non removal of office objections. 2.

For the reasons set out, the Interim Application is allowed. The delay is condoned.

The learned Advocates for the Petitioners and the Management, submit that the Writ Petition can be disposed off in the light of the affidavit in reply dated 29.11.2024 filed by Dr. Bhausaheb Bhikanrao Chavan, Deputy Director of Education, Nashik. So also, it is pointed out that in similar circumstances, this Court has disposed off such Petitions since the Management would be formalizing the seniority list in terms of the Government Circular dated 28.1.2025 and thereafter, proceed to make appointments/promotions.
