The grievance of the petitioners is that for seeking recovery of the amounts indicated in the Recovery Certificate dated 31st March 2017, the salaries of the petitioners have been attached. This attachment of salary has exceeded the duration of twenty-four months, which is contrary to Section 60(i) of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908. 2.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 29th April 2024. Learned AGP waives notice for respondent nos.1 and 2. Other respondents be served by all permissible modes.
