On 8th May 2024 we have ordered notices on the unserved Respondents. However, on 6th June 2024, it was found that the Petitioners have not paid process fees and supplied copies of the Petition to effect the service. Today, when the matter was called out, the same position continues and learned counsel for the Petitioners seeks further two weeks' time to pay process fess and supply copies to effect the service on the unserved Respondents. 2.

Time as prayed for is granted, and the Petition is adjourned to 10th September 2024 as the Petitioners, do not seem to be in a great hurry to pursue this matter.
