Mr. Pankaj Pandey, learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent, on the instructions of the Respondent, states that as per the communication dated 31st March 2025 addressed by Daffodils High Public School, school fees of Rs.88,8,72/- will be paid by the Respondent directly in the account of said school. Mr. Pankaj Pandey, learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent, on instructions of the Respondent, further states that other expenses/charges of the school will also be paid directly in the account of the said school. He states that the school fees of Rs.25,392/- for 1st Quarter will be paid directly in the account of the said school within a period of one week from today. 3.

The above statements made by the learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent, on the instructions of the Respondent, are accepted as undertakings given to the Court by the Respondent.
