The above Writ Petition is filed inter alia directing Respondent No.7 to expeditiously conduct, complete and decide the pending disciplinary inquiry against the Petitioner. 2.
Today when the matter is called out, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner submitted that the inquiry has now been completed. He therefore submitted that nothing would survive in DECEMBER 09, 2024 Utkarsh
5.wp.5426.2024.doc the above Writ Petition and sought leave to withdraw the same. He however submitted that since a copy of the inquiry report has not been furnished to the Petitioner, the 7th Respondent be directed to furnish a copy of the same.

Considering the aforesaid circumstances, we allow the Petitioner to withdraw the above Writ Petition as the same has been rendered infructuous. The 7th Respondent is directed to serve a copy of the inquiry report on the Petitioner within a period of 2 weeks from today.

The writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. However, there shall be no order as to costs. 5.
