The petitioner purchased properties of Survey No.17/4, 18, 20/2, 21/2 of Village Kishor, Murbad, District Thane, without challenging sale deed in favour of petitioner before the Civil Court, one of the co-sharer in relation to other properties challenged the mutation entry in petitioner vendor's favour by filing an Appeal, which has been allowed by the Authorities below. In absence of relief of setting aside sale deed in favour of petitioner, such exercise prima facie could not have been done by the Revenue Authorities. Hence, issue notice to respondent Nos.6 to 8, returnable on 12 June 2024.

Until further orders, there shall be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clauses (d) & (e).
