Pursuant to the order passed by this Court dated 12th June, 2024 petitioner has filed undertaking of Sukhvinder Ranbeer Singh Parmar, Regional Manager and authorized signatory of the petitionercompany. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, makes statement that the said amount would be deposited within two weeks from today. This undertaking is accepted. In view of the said undertaking, there would be stay to the recovery certificate impugned dated 26/10/2023.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 19th July, 2024.
