CA/11325/2024 is filed for the withdrawal of the amount of ₹48,014/- deposited by respondent No.1 in Writ Petition No. 5457/2024. 2.

For the reasons stated in the said application, it is allowed. The applicant, Sanjay Rama Khurde, is permitted to withdraw the amount deposited in this Court along with accrued interest thereon until date, subject to filing an undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

Upon the production of such an undertaking, the Registrar (Judicial) shall disburse the amount as directed above. Civil Application No.11325/2024 is disposed of accordingly.
