Pursuant to the order dated 15th January 2025, the learned Additional Government Pleader on instructions submits that an opportunity of hearing would be granted to the petitioner on 23rd January 2025 with regard to his request for refund as made on 28th December 2023. He further submits that within a period of four weeks a decision on the same would be taken. 2.

By accepting aforesaid statement made on behalf of the respondents, we direct that within a period of four weeks from 23rd January 2025, the petitioners Application dated 28th December 2023 shall be decided. The petitioners shall co-operate in the adjudication of the same. The writ petition is disposed of. 3.
