The private Respondent who is the Applicant before the Assistant Charity Commissioner claims to be beneficiary within the meaning of the Section 2 (2A) of the Maharashtra Public Trust Act, 1950 on the ground that as his children are studying in the school, he is entitled to maintain the Application under Section 37/Section-47 of the Public Trust Act.
