In the above matter, by our Order dated 28th June 2024, we had directed the AGP to file an Affidavit-in-Reply to the above Writ Petition. The Affidavit-in-Reply was necessary because it was the case of the Petitioner that despite 17 letters being written by the Petitioner to the authorities for issuance of the challan, there was no response. 2.

Today, two Affidavits-in-Reply have been tendered by the learned AGP. One is dated 11th July 2024 and the other dated 12th July 2024. JULY 15, 2024 Ashvini Narwade

Mr. Kulkarni, learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the Petitioners sought time to take instructions and file an Affidavit-inRejoinder, especially to the Affidavit-in-Reply dated 12th July 2024. 4.

Acceding to his request, we place the above matter now on 5th August 2024. We direct that the Rejoinder Affidavit, if any, shall be filed on or before 29th July 2024 and a copy of the same shall be served on the learned AGP.
