After the matter was argued for some time, Mr. Jain, the learned appearing for the Petitioner submits that he as instructions from his client not to press this Writ Petition.

By consent of both the sides, the present writ petition is disposed of with following directions :

(i) The hearing of T.E. suit NO.93 of 2016 pending before the Small Causes at Bandra is hereby expedited.

(ii) The undertaking of learned advocates for both sides, on instructions from their respective clients that they will cooperate with Amol D. Nawale
