In the present Writ Petitioner, the Petitioner has assailed the validity of order dated 16/03/2024 passed by the Deputy General Manager of the Respondent-Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd. By which the Petitioenr was debarred from participating in the Tenders of Respondent No.1.
