Broad based statements are made that discrimination is caused to the Petitioners who have obtained good marks in Teacher Aptitude and Intelligence Test (TAIT), which candidate belongs to which category. How the Petitioners discriminated in fact, nothing is mentioned in the Petition. Such Petition cannot be entertained. Only out of indulgence we permit the Petitioners to file an interim application for amendment. Stand over to 13 June 2024.
