This Writ Petition is filed by the licensee challenging an order passed by the Commissioner of Konkan Division. 2.

"Leave to defend" was granted to the licenseepetitioners herein, by the Competent Authority. However, the Commissioner, Konkan Division set aside the order passed by the Competent Authority. Hence, the present writ petition is filed by the licensee.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable after four weeks.

Apart from Court notice, petitioners are permitted to serve the respondents by advocate's private notice, by all permissible modes of service and file affidavit of service before the next date of the hearing.

In the meantime, there will be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (b). The prayer clause (b) reads as under : "(b) That pending the hearing and final disposal of this petition, this Hon'ble Court be pleased to stay the effect, implementation and operation of the Impugned Order dated 8th April 2024 passed in Revision Application No.153 of 2024 in Order below Exhibit 7 in Eviction Application No.141 of 2023;"
