The learned Advocates for the Petitioner and Respondent No. 1 have jointly mentioned at 2.30 pm, stating that this Petition at Sr.No. 130 on today's cause list, can be disposed off by consent. 2.

These two litigants had mutually agreed for transfer by interchanging their places. By order dated 7th February, 2024, they were granted the exchange of the places by way of mutual transfer and they joined the respective places. Subsequently, Respondent No. 1 developed Harish

130-WP-5657-2024.odt some misunderstanding and on his complaint, the order dated 7th February, 2024 was ex-parte stayed by the impugned order dated 13th March, 2024.

Respondent No. 1 submits that the misunderstanding is cleared. He has withdrawn his complaint. By consent, it is prayed that the order dated 13th March, 2024 be set aside. Respondent No. 1 has filed an Affidavit dated 22nd June, 2024, recording his statement and agreement for the mutual transfer.

In view of the above, by consent, the impugned order is quashed and set aside and both the parties, who were working at their respective places, would continue to discharge their duties. 5.
