Ms. Shinde, learned AGP states that the Petitioner's complaint under section 33(5) of the Maharashtra Village Panchayat Act, 1959 now will be disposed of by the Collector within four weeks from today i.e. on or before 22nd July 2024.

Above statement is accepted and the Collector (R-1) is directed to dispose of the Petitioner's complaint in accordance with law and on its own merits on or before 22nd July 2024. The Collector 24th June 2024
