The above Writ Petition was disposed of by order dated 9th October 2024. By the said order, we had passed certain directions in relation to correction of the date in the Marriage Certificate or issuing a fresh Marriage Certificate to the Petitioner. We had kept the matter on Board for reporting compliance today.

Today when the matter is called out, we are happy to note that our order has been complied with and a fresh Marriage Certificate is issued reflecting the correct date of the marriage as "6th November 2023". 3.

We make it clear that since now a fresh Marriage Certificate is issued, the Petitioner shall not in any event use the old Marriage Certificate. Since our order of 9th October 2024 is duly complied with, no further orders are now necessary.
