This matter was called out in the morning, however nobody appeared for the petitioner. Mr. Deshmukh, learned counsel, marked his presence for the respondents. The matter was kept back in the second session. In the second session too, nobody appeared for the petitioner.

In the suit, the application filed seeking temporary injunction came to be rejected. However, in the miscellaneous civil appeal, the application came to be allowed, thereby imposing a temporary injunction pending hearing and final disposal of the suit against the present petitioner.

The suit is of the year 2023. While passing the order dated Shrikant Malani

This Court has no inclination to stay the impugned order without hearing the Respondents. Hence, issue notice to the Respondents returnable on 15.07.2024. In addition to usual mode of service, private service is allowed."
