1) Mr. Sale, the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner would submit that during pendency of the petitions, parties have amicably resolved disputes amongst them. He would submit that though the orders passed by the Industrial Court in main ULP complaints are challenged in the present petitions, the concerned employees had filed criminal complaints for non-implementation of the orders passed by the Industrial Court. He would further submit 2 of
that during pendency of the said criminal complaints, the dispute was referred to mediation. The mediation has fructified into successful settlement between the parties. He has placed on record the copies of orders dated 5 July 2024 passed by the Labour Court, Satara by which the criminal complaints have been disposed of as settled.
