Ms. Mestry, the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that in pursuance of order passed by this Court on 24 April 2024, Petitioner has deposited amount of Rs.2,25,000/- before the District Court, Palghar on 18 June 2024. She would further submit that the electricity connection has already been restored in respect of the suit premises. In that view of the matter, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the Petition. Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.
