Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the respondent 1/2
14.5733.24 WP.docx has in fact filed a petition for restitution of conjugal rights and he has never objected to pay for the medical expenses. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions of the petitioner's sister who is present in the Court submits that as on date the petitioner is required to clear medical bills of Rs. 1,03,000/- + Rs. 50,000/- which she has already paid. Learned counsel for the petitioner has handed over the original medical file of the petitioner to learned counsel for respondent in the Court which contains the bills of the aforesaid amount. Copy of the same is tendered to the Court and the same is taken on record.

The original medical file of the petitioner is given in the custody of the learned counsel for the respondent. He submits that he will take necessary instructions from the respondent with regard to the same. 4.
List the petition on 3rd July 2024 for further directions. 5.
Ad-interim orders which are already passed to continue till the next date.
