Issue notice to the Respondents returnable on 27th June, 2024.

Since the subject matter of dispute between the Petitioner and Respondent No.1 is in respect of the amount of General Provident Fund which is claimed by the Petitioner as also by Respondent No.1 exclusively and that Petitioner and Respondent No.1 are the mother and the wife respectively of the deceased employee, we direct that the entire amount of General Provident Fund of the deceased employee shall be Shubham

2 404-WP-5756-2024.doc deposited by Respondent Nos.2 to 4 with the Registrar Judicial - I, High Court of Bombay, who shall keep the said amount in a Fixed Deposit for a period of one year in some nationalised bank.
