Learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that by an earlier order dated 8 th May 2024, Respondent No.1 Bank was directed to consider the representations made by the Petitioners within a period of 10 days from the date of the said order and take a decision thereon. Learned counsel for the Petitioners informs us today that these representations had since been made and have been rejected by Respondent No.1 Bank on 17 th May 2024, It is thus he seeks leave to bring on record further these developments and even make necessary amendments to the Petitions. He seeks leave to tender draft amendments. Since the Petitions are not yet admitted, Learned counsel for the Petitioners is permitted to tender draft amendments. 2.
