Prima facie it appears that the petitioner was appointed along with requisite qualification in the year 1993. Respondent No.5 was appointed on 13 June 1996. However, based on an order passed by the Education Officer granting approval from a subsequent date, petitioner's seniority has been affected by the impugned order.

Prima facie the order passed by the Education Officer has no bearing on the seniority to be decided under Schedule-F CategoryC of the Maharashtra Employees of Private Schools Rules, 1977. 4.

Hence, there shall be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (c) till 20 June 2024.
