The learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the State Government through the Urban Development Department has issued directions to the Collector, Pune to take necessary steps and comply with the directions issued in Writ Petition Nos.1268 of 2019 and 9722 of 2022 immediately.

Accordingly, by directing the respondent no.3-Collector, Pune to take necessary steps and implement the judgment of this Court in the aforesaid writ petitions dated 31st July 2023 within a period of six weeks from today, the writ petition is disposed of. 3.

List under the caption "for reporting compliance" on 28th January 2025.
