In the meanwhile, the Petitioner will attend the office of the Sub Divisional Officer / Deputy Collector, Alibag with original caste certificate which is stated to be issued as 'Mahadev Koli' with an application that caste certificate should be issued as 'Koli Mahadev' (Scheduled Tribe) in the light of the decision of the Division Bench of by this Court in Writ Petition No. 4536 of 2014 dated 14 August 2014. Once such an application is made, the caste certificate in appropriate format be issued to the Petitioner before the next date. 3.

In view of this direction, only on the basis that the Petitioner has not produced the caste certificate in proper format, no coercive
