1.

We have perused the order passed by this Court on 24.04.2024. However, there seems to be an issue between the Petitioner and the Sub Divisional Officer(SDO), Alibag. The Petitioner instructs his advocate to say that he approached the SDO in the light of the aforesaid order, but his application was not accepted by the Office of the SDO. The learned AGP submits that his instructions from the office of the SDO are that the Petitioner never approached SDO. 2.

The statement is made today that the Petitioner would approach the Office of the SDO tomorrow alongwith a physical Talwalkar

24.WP5819.2024.odt application and original copy of the Mahadev Koli Tribe Certificate. 3.

The learned AGP submits that the SDO would accept the application and the defective original certificate and issue a corrected certificate of Koli Mahadev Schedule Tribe within 10 days. 4.

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off. The Petitioner will tender the application alongwith original defective certificate to the SDO, Alibag on 6th February, 2025. The SDO would verify originality of the certificate and issue the corrected certificate to the Petitioner which he shall collect in between 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. on 14th February, 2025.

5.

The Advocate for the Employer has tendered physical copy of the affidavit in reply dated 27th January, 2025, which is entered online. In the light of his statement, the Petitioner would tender the certified copy of the new tribe certificate to the Management in order to enable it to process the payment of the unpaid remainder dues.
