The request is opposed by Mr. Kulkarni the learned counsel appearing for Respondents on the ground that Petitioner is already relieved from the services of Respondents long back. 1/2

While passing order dated 15 July 2024, this Court was not informed that the Petitioner is already relieved from services. 3) In that view of the matter, time to join the transferred place shall stand extended till 12 August 2024.
