In view of the fact that the Sub-Divisional Officer had already disposed of the proceedings by order dated 10th November 2022 and in connection with these proceedings, a revision was filed before the Hon'ble Minister on 6th December 2022, it is the contention of learned counsel for the petitioners that by keeping the remedies open for respective parties by taking exception to the order passed against them, this petition can be disposed of by setting aside the order passed by the Hon'ble Minister. 2.

Without going into the merits of the matter and on the request of both sides, the order impugned stands set-aside. The writ petition stands disposed of.
