Perused the praecipe dated 23.04.2024. Heard Mr. Pathak, learned Advocate for Petitioners.

The impugned judgment & order dated 25.01.2024 itself grants time of 3 months for its compliance as per Clause 3 of the operative order. Mr. Pathak would submit that the said stay is expiring tomorrow. He would submit that as the regular Court is not available tomorrow, he prays for extension of time for implementation of the impugned judgment & order.

In view of the above exigency, implementation of judgment & order dated 25.01.2024 shall stand stayed by a further period of two weeks from today.
