The Petition was listed today under caption 'for settlement'. It however appears that parties are unable to resolve the disputes amicably. List the Petition for further consideration on 17 June 2025 when an endeavor shall be made to decide the Petition at admission stage.

It appears that by ad-interim order dated 24 April 2024, this Court has stayed implementation of the order passed by the College Tribunal (Tribunal) and the said ad-interim order continues to operate till date.

By the impugned order the Tribunal has set aside the dismissal order dated 11 October 2023 and has directed Petitioners to reinstate Respondent No.1 alongwith backwages. 4.
In that view of the matter, further continuation of ad-interim order dated 24 April 2024 shall be subject to the condition of Petitioners depositing in this Court the entire amount of backwages arising out of the order passed by the Tribunal dated 25 January 2024. Accordingly Petitioners shall deposit in this Court the entire amount of backwages arising out of the order passed by the Tribunal within a period of four weeks. The ad-interim order dated 24 April 2024 shall continue to operate during pendency of the Petition subject to the deposit being made by the Petitioners as directed above. (SANDEEP V.
