DATE : 21 JUNE 2024 ORDER :- The petitioner, who has been admitted to respondent No.6 Medical college in the institutional ground is apprehending discharge. 2.
The learned Advocate for the respondent No.5 points out that pursuant to clause 11.5.2 of the brochure, no such institutional stray vacancy round could have been undertaken and still the petitioner was admitted. It is being pointed out that he has been granted admission pursuant to the Notice No.10 issued by the Government of Maharashtra, State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra State, Mumbai dated 26.09.2023.

Admittedly, similarly situated petitioners have been granted protection by way of interim order in Writ Petition No.13713 of 2023 on 31.10.2023, albeit that writ petition has been transferred to the Principal Seat.

Issue notice to the respondents for final disposal, returnable on 19.07.2024. Learned AGP waives notice for respondent Nos.1 and 2 - State. Learned Advocate Mr. S. K. Kadam waives notice for respondent No.5.
