The learned Addl. GP seeks time to file reply affidavit. The learned Senior Advocate for the Petitioner states that there is an urgency since out of 160 posts, 105 posts are vacant including that of the Principal. The Petitioner has relied upon the decision of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of T.M.A.Pai Foundation v. State of Karnataka and others1 to contend that insistence of the Respondents -State and the University on having selection committee is illegal and contrary to the settled legal position.
