The learned Counsel for the Petitioners states that no coercive steps be taken in respect of the revised scale. As on date, there is no specific notice issued contemplating any coercive steps. If the said notice is issued, liberty to apply. However, we note that the

As regards the dearness allowance is concerned, we are informed that the Petitioners have filed a separate petition, however, there is no interim order.
