Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks time to file affidavit-in-rejoinder. Let the affidavit-in-rejoinder be filed within a period of two weeks with an advance copy to the other side.

Learned counsel appearing for the Respondent Nos.3 and 5 submits that prior to grant of interim relief dated 29th April, 2024 staying the order of Tahsildar dated 2nd December, 2024, the mutation entry was already certified in favour of the Petitioner on 2nd April, 2024.

Perusal of the order of 29th April, 2024 indicates that the certification of the mutation entry on 2nd April, 2024 was not brought to the notice of this Court.

In light of the above, till the next date, status quo to be maintained in respect of the mutation entry.
